The Saranrom Institute of Foreign Affairs (SIFA), Ministry of Foreign Affairs will organize the SIFA Special Lecture on “The Protection of Cultural Heritage and International Law: The Temple of Phra Viharn Case” by Dr. Hans-Joachim Mengel, Professor of Political Science, Free University of Berlin, on Wednesday, 25 August 2010, at 14.00 – 16.00 hrs. at Naradhip Auditorium, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
