Cambodian Foreign Minister Hor Nam Hong has informed Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva that no action would be taken on the disputed offshore Block III until the two countries could resolve the disputes along the entire common border.
Speaking to reporters on the side of the ThailandCambodian Joint Commission, assistant secretary general of the Cabinet, Panithan Wattanayagorn, said Nam Hong, who met Abhisit for about 15 minutes, reiterated that no action would be taken in the disputed 26,000 squarekilometre area in the Gulf of Thailand until the countries resolved the border issues.
